Basketball shorts and shirts are fulfilled differently, so they carry different return rules. Everything below applies to orders placed on flickclothing.store and paid through Stripe Checkout.

At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns for our basketball shorts.

Because of this, we strongly recommend carefully checking our sizing tables before placing your order. Our goal is to provide accurate sizing information so you can choose the best fit with confidence.

Our shirts are produced and shipped through Printify, our worldwide fulfillment partner.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in the rare case of a production issue, damaged item, or shipping problem. If something goes wrong with your order, we will personally step in to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If necessary, we will provide a refund or replacement depending on the issue. Fortunately, problems like this happen very rarely.

Flick sells from Belgium. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. That right applies to shorts and shirts alike and sits on top of everything written above.

To use it, email [email protected] within those 14 days with your order number, then send the item back unworn and in its original condition within 14 days of that email. You pay the return postage. We refund the order, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the item back.
